White Christmas Martini
On the first day of Christmas my true love made me one White Christmas Martini... and now you can make your very own for your friends and family this Christmas by following the fast and easy receipt below!Tools Needed:
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
- Glass
- Hawthorne Strainer
Ingredients:
- 4 white marshmallows
- 4 pink marshmallows
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 1 lime wedge
- White sugar
- 1/4 cup glazed cherries
- 3/4 cup Malibu
- 1/4 cup coconut syrup
- Chilled soda water
Directions:
- Thread 1 white marshmallow, 1 maraschino cherry and 1 pink marshmallow onto a short skewer. Repeat 4 times.
- Rim the glass with a lime wedge and white sugar
- Place your cherries in the base of your prepared glasses.
- Combine Malibu rum and coconut syrup in a jug. Divide evenly among glasses. Top up with soda water and garnish with your skewers.

Ingredients:
- Chocolate syrup
- Chocolate shavings
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 cups of hot chocolate
- 1/2 cup Baileys
- Whipped cream (for serving)
Directions:
- Rim your glass with chocolate syrup then grate your chocolate shavings onto your chocolate rim
- Add 1 scoop of ice cream into each cup and pour your hot chocolate and Baileys on top
- Top with whipped cream and extra chocolate shavings.

Ingredients:
- Lime wedge (for rim)
- White sugar
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Fresh raspberries
Directions:
- Rim the glass with the lime juice and twirl in white sugar
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and lime juice.
- Shake well
- Thread your raspberries onto your cocktail pick and garnish

Ingredients:
- 15mls Vodka
- 45mls Midori
- 3 Lime Wedges
- Ginger Ale
- White Sugar
- Lime Peel
Directions:
- Rim your glass with lime juice and finely grate your lime peel. Rim you glass with white sugar and your lime peel
- Muddle 3 lime wedges inside your shaker and add your ice, Vodka and Midori
- Shake well
- Pour your mixture into your rimmed glass and top with ginger ale
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a maraschino cherry

As an Australian I remember watching American Christmas movies as a kid and always wanting to try the famous eggnog featured. We have found an ELF-ING good recipe and thought it would be naughty not to share!Tools Needed:

Ingredients:
- 30mls heavy cream
- 15mls maple syrup
- 5mls St Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 45mls Paul Beau VS Cognac
- Freshly grated nutmeg to garnish
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice first
- Then add ice and shake again
- Strain into your desired glass
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
