TOP Delivery FAQs – Australia

  • All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding major holidays)
  • Orders ship within 24 hours during weekdays.
  • All weekend orders are dispatched on Monday
  • D-Still ship to all states via Australia Post
  • All deliveries receive a confirmation email when placed, a second email when dispatched and a final email on to how to best track your package.
  • Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne Metro Shipping and handling charges are at a $9.95 flat rate. 
  • For shipping and handling within all areas outside of Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne Metro will be charged a $9.95 flat rate 
  • For all Australian orders, Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $35.00
  • Provide us with your correct delivery address to ensure your parcel arrives safely. A late change in address may incur an additional fee.
  • Once orders have been despatched, we are unable to re-direct deliveries
  • Orders are subject to stock availability
