Jurisdiction

Our terms of trade are subject to Australian law. Should any application or claim be made from outside of Australia such proceedings will be transferred to Australian jurisdiction. Australian consumer law will be the sole legislative device under which we operate, save for specific legislation operating in Australia. Our primary jurisdiction is Queensland however we are also bound by legislation of the Commonwealth of Australia. No other law, be it legislature or precedent, will apply to us as a distributor.

Acceptance

If you continue to use this website beyond this screen you will be considered to have provided an irrevocable acceptance to the following terms and conditions.

  2. The terms “us” and “we” refer to the company trading as D-Still.
  3. The “purchaser” is any party placing an order through this site. The purchase is considered effective as at the time of confirming your order, following which payment will need to be made.
  4. “Individual” refers to any person or entity.
  5. “Distributor” means we facilitate your purchase from the manufacturer. We liaise directly with manufacturers to source products and make them available to you. We have no contribution in the manufacture of any product.
Distribution

We have no responsibility as a manufacturer and will only be liable for claims arising from the distribution of products purchased. While our best endeavours are made to ensure the products, we distribute are of the highest standard, we provide no warranty, guarantee or undertaking that the products distributed by us are suitable for your individual requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of payment received. (excluding weekends and public holidays). Care will be taken to ensure the timely and safe arrival of your order, however if you aren’t satisfied with your order please contact us at customer.service@dstill.com.au.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided by you. If those details result in the shipment being returned to us as undeliverable, shipping and handling fees paid by you at the time of purchase will have been exhausted. You will bear the sole financial responsibility for ensuring the purchase is delivered to you by the provision of an alternate delivery address or arrangement.

All orders will be shipped from Australia. If you are making a purchase from outside of Australia any import taxes, fees, duties or other monies payable in respect of customs will be your sole responsibility.

International customers might have to pay a custom or import duty fee. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For information, please contact your local customs office.

Product Availability

While we do take care in providing products to you, we cannot guarantee product availability at all times. You will be notified within 24 hours if the purchase made by you is not available for distribution pending product availability. We covenant to take all reasonable steps to ensure any product is made available within a reasonable time, however we are ultimately bound by the manufacturer’s ability to provide the product. We will keep you informed while your purchase is pending.

Once we are aware that a product is no longer available for distribution, we will update our website. There may be a short delay between our stock being exhausted and the website being updated, and we appreciate your patience in these circumstances. We will liaise directly with you should this be the case.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We have carefully selected our products for sale, however if your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will happily provide you with a full replacement. This doesn’t happen often, but accidents in transit do sometimes happen.

In the event you have purchased the wrong product or are unhappy with your choice/s we offer a product exchange for the same value or a full refund. This excludes return on our perishable items such as dried garnishes for the health and safety of our customers. Engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pricing

We offer accurate up to date pricing; however, we do reserve the right to change our prices and delivery charges at any time. If you require bulk orders or a personalised product, please contact us direct for a quote at customer.service@dstill.com.au

All items are quoted in Australian Dollars including GST. Prices exclude delivery/freight/postage and handling charges, which prior to full payment are quoted based on your delivery location.

Payment Options

Payments are required in full at the time of purchase. We have the following methods to complete your transaction; Credit card- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Zip Pay, Apple Pay, AfterPay and Bank Transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. We use a secure online payment system to ensure the utmost confidence when purchasing from our website.

All credit card purchases are made through the PayPal secure payment facility. The service uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that was developed to protect confidential information such as credit card numbers and other financial data from interception and hacking. In the unlikely event that you believe any unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred, please immediately notify us by email and contact your bank directly.
