Not to stress if something happens with your order in transit or you simply change your mind.

What if my item is damaged when it arrives?

If your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will happily provide you with a full replacement. Unfortunately this does happen on occasion (no matter how much bubble wrap we use) but accidents in transit does sometimes happen and that's ok.

What if I change my mind?

In the event you have purchased the wrong product or are unhappy with your choice(s), we offer a product exchange of equal value or a full refund, less postage within 14 days of purchase. To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team. A returns label will be provided at a flat-rate cost of $14.95 Australia-wide. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. D-STILL is not responsible for missing incoming return deliveries. We recommend using registered or traceable postal services, as return parcels are the customer's responsibility until received by D-STILL.

This excludes return on our perishable items such as dried garnishes for the health and safety of our customers. Engraved products and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Due to varying processing times with payment providers, online returns may take 5-7 business days to be credited to your account. You will receive an email from our Customer Service team once your refund has been processed. During peak sale periods, return processing may take up to 10 business days from the date of receipt.
